MEDIA USAGE

• Group sessions are recorded. By joining, you allow Rockant, Inc. to use your voice and image for educational and promotional purposes.
• By participating in the group sessions, you grant Rockant, Inc. the rights to your image, in video or still, and the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video.
• You acknowledge that your image and voice may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

• The recorded material may be used in diverse educational and promotional settings, including but not limited to presentations, courses, online videos, media, and press releases.
• The rights granted herein are perpetual and applicable globally. However, if you wish to request the removal of your data after a certain period, please contact Rockant, Inc. to discuss potential accommodations.
• Rockant, Inc. commits to protecting your personal data and will not use your likeness for malicious or defamatory purposes. If you believe your image or voice is being used inappropriately, please contact us to address your concerns.

• The services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• For any agreement changes, both parties need to agree via email.

ASSIGNMENT

INDEMNIFICATION

• Protect us from any harm due to your actions during coaching.
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rockant, Inc. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your actions during the coaching sessions.
• Legal issues from our coaching? You handle them.
• Should any legal issues arise directly from our coaching services provided to you, you agree to assume full responsibility, including all associated costs and efforts to resolve them.

SEVERABILITY

• If a part of this isn't legally right, the rest still works.
