Letter To You

Re: Would it change your life if you could break the glass ceiling, had equal pay, and have more flexibility at work?

For most women in my life, the answer is ‘Hell Yeah!’ but a level playing field sure seems out of sight, especially when full inclusion is a lot harder than you need it to be. Good ole Boys Club anyone?

When you are the only woman in the room, speaking up for yourself or your ideas can be dangerous …

... the consequences and judgment for mistakes are disproportionally harsh – and no one wants to be ridiculed.

Having a seat at the table does not mean having a voice.

Being seen, heard, and valued does not come easy. If you do speak up for yourself, sure enough, someone interrupts you. And then a man steals your idea – and gets all the credit.

Is it then a surprise that men make more money for the same job?

Especially when they are better at bragging - which is so off-putting but is also one of the main reasons why men earn fatter paychecks?

But be sure to be sweet, supportive, nice, communal, kind, and gentle. Right?

Because being competent makes you unlikable. And likeability seems to be a requirement for a woman’s success. Else they label you bossy or that other b-word I do not want to use here.

If that resonates with you at all... then you will be happy to hear that there is a way to level the playing field.

In the last 12 months, I have introduced these concepts to women in leadership. Mentors of global professional women networks are using my teachings every day to lift others up as they rise.

No, they didn't need a man to explain anything to them. Yet, working with me came naturally.

You see, I watched my single, unmarried mother fight fiercely for dignity and respect in a men’s world. I wasn't much help to her. But I can make it up by giving back.

I am not doing this with the usual middle-of-the-road mindset coaching. My mother's legacy deserves better.

This is a scientifically proven way of getting you the results that you deserve.

You may know some of the usual suspects in the coaching market who do not even have certification. But who of the rest uses a curriculum that is based on the largest high performance study of all time?

There are only fewer than 800 active coaches worldwide, and I had the honor and blessing to be invited and certified by the High Performance Institute.

BTW, if women professional networks are already working for you, GREAT. You will be able to use these concepts and support other women even more than you already do. So, everybody wins if you have those skills.

I am going to teach these concepts and tools to a small qualified group of women and help them lead with impact every day.

Especially when you are already striving.

You know, I have fought the patriarchy all of my life. Yes, as a guy, I have been invited to those three-olive martini lunches. But when you don’t smoke cigars, love cars, play golf, and brag, you stop being invited.

I could not break in and make a difference.

I was successful, alright. At one point in my career, the World Bank in Washington, DC had to tweak their HR system because they headhunted me for a position that formally required an MBA or Ph.D. I am a college dropout.

But the stress of the job, coupled with travel and limited flexibility to manage things at home, I got divorced. I subsequently left my job working hard on finding ways to do what I love and being calmer and more present at home.

Then I found ...

Success habits that elevate you to the next level regardless of gender or personality.

As an introvert, it is now natural for me to demonstrate courage. I have a trusted process to gain the influence I need and to rally people behind my cause.

I am not sharing this with you to impress you, but to impress upon you that you, too, can adopt these success habits and get the career and salary you want.

Remember that I am a college dropout.

Still, the FBI sponsored my top-secret clearance so that I can help out their legendary Behavioral Science Unit. I served as adjunct professor at the communications department of the University of Maryland.

You, too, can achieve anything you put your mind to. The sky is the limit.

If this resonates with you, then I will let you know your next steps to learn and implement these habits. If not, then cool, we don't need to waste each other's time.

If you do want to learn more about how High Performance Habits elevate you to the next level in your career, business, and life, then it is very simple.

Fill out a short form. Tell me about you and your goals.

And we will get on a quick call to see how this mastermind group can support you.

I am leaving the form open-ended on purpose. That way, you can only share what you are comfortable with – and leave out what you don’t.

Once you fill out the form, you will have immediate access to a video lesson and worksheet that help you determine the one habit you must implement now to get you unblocked and take the first step forward.

This session will also cover:

  • Wheel of High Performance
  • Twelve life areas you need to master
  • The one life area you must tackle first
  • Your twelve-month strategy

When we speak in person, we will review your Wheel of High Performance and you can ask any questions that you would like.

You know, the kind of information I would want to know before I join a new group

Be assured that this is not a new fad or experiment - this is legit. So, I will also send you the independent review from the University of California Santa Barbara and the University of Pennsylvania.

If all this help and information energizes you to explore what’s possible for you, then we will get on a call in the next few days and see if you are a good fit.

Be amazing, and we will talk soon,

Andrew
