How to cope, lead, and grow right now

I am giving everybody permission to suck.

Because brave leaders don't withdraw in hard times, they come through with courage. And if you are not willing to fail, you cannot innovate. When there is no tolerance for failure, there is no creativity.

If we all dared to suck every day, things would change more rapidly.

I hope this video inspires you to chose courage over comfort and to show up when you cannot control the outcome. This moment in time is your proofing ground for creating meaning, connection, and vibrancy for an uncertain future.

How to work at home with kids and not be a sucky parent or lousy employee

The answers are surprising. I asked my followers: ‘How are you and your family doing during the COVID 19 lockdown? What do you need most right now?' Almost everybody kept a positive attitude. This is an urgent time to SKILL UP and ADD VALUE to others virtually right now.

What we have learned from the global financial crisis in 2008/9 and the burst of the dotcom bubble in the late 90s is: Companies and people who withdrew and contracted took longer to recover and experienced a much slower rise when the crisis was over than they could have.

I'm worried about people who are going to get left behind if...
